In June, we are partnering with The Charity Shop Gift Card for a special Virtual Car Boot Sale event, that aims to raise funds to help people in need.
The event, which takes place over the weekend of 28-30 June, will see 'thrifters' (people who buy and sell second hand or preloved clothing) host their own Virtual Car Boot Sales, via their Instagram accounts.
They are encouraged to then donate part or all of the proceeds from clothing sold to Clothing Collective. All monies raised will help us to buy more of The Charity Shop Gift Cards, which we will then distribute to some of our partner charities, so they can put them in the hands of people who really need them to buy clothing.

How can you help?
There are several ways that you can get involved with this great campaign...
Be a seller for the weekend - if you are a thrifter or even have a stack of unwanted clothes you want to sell via your Instagram (or other social media), then get in touch with The Charity Shop Gift Card via email or their Instagram and they will be touch before the event to let you know what to do.
Be a buyer - we will be sharing the Instagram accounts of the sellers in the lead up to and over the weekend, so make sure you follow us to then see what bargain you could be picking up.
